We begin with a gentle, embodied, all-levels yoga practice to get clear & connected to ourselves. This adaptive style of yoga can be practiced on a mat or from a chair; meet yourself kindly wherever you are, and open to creative possibilities. This part of the practice ends in with Yoga Nidra. Following, we integrate our experiences in Sacred Circle, to share and explore whatever truths, insights & reflections that arise, practicing the craft of deep listening, authentic voice, and holding space in compassionate community. We will review our Sacred Circle group guidelines and principles each time we gather, to uphold a safe and welcoming environment to all.
