A vinyasa-inspired powerful flow, this class is new and different each time. This practice encourages the exploration of your own personal power: power of your breath, power of your physical body, and power of your mind. This class is creatively and thoughtfully sequenced and offers a mix of strengthening, lengthening, gracefulness, balancing, and relaxing for a totally invigorating experience.
You will be encouraged to meet yourself where you are with kindness, and grow from that place. Previous experience with power yoga classes is recommended, so that you have a foundation to build upon.
